Project Location: Kerman Province, Sirjan

Activity Areas:

  • Electrical design and engineering for the Water Treatment, Oxygen Plant, Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, and STATCOM areas.
  • Control system design and programming for automation in the conveyor belt systems (MHS5) and water treatment plants (RWTP, WTP-SMP, WTP-ESP). Development of Level 1 and Level 2 software for the Melting Shop area. Development of Level 1 and Level 2 software for the Rolling Mill area.
  • Manufacturing of panels including 400V VFD panels, 690V VFD panels, lighting panels, control system panels, Local Control Boxes (LCB), Junction Boxes (JB), and Power Socket panels for the Water Treatment, Oxygen Plant, Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, Lime Plant, and STATCOM areas.
  • Design and manufacturing of special-purpose machinery for the rolling mill area, including Pusher and Pilar, Run-out Table, Carry-over Table, Roller Table, Cobble Removal systems, and more.
  • Supply of MV and MCC panels, instrumentation, low-voltage systems (Earthing, Lightning Protection, Intercom, etc.), transformers, various types of cables, and bulk materials for the Water Treatment, Oxygen Plant, Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, Lime Plant, and STATCOM areas.
  • Execution of installation operations for all electrical panels, control, and instrumentation equipment in the Water Treatment, Oxygen Plant, Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, Lime Plant, and STATCOM areas.
  • Pre-commissioning and commissioning of all main and auxiliary areas using the OPERCOM methodology.
  • Project execution management utilizing the Management Contracting (MC) method for the Water Treatment, Lime Plant, Melting Shop, Rolling Mill, and STATCOM areas.
